Local Unions each have elected positions to represent their work group. The number of representatives on the Executive Board is determined by the membership ration of the work group represented. Within the WLEA, Local 1 has the largest presence on the Executive Board, due to it representing the largest membership of the three locals. Local 2 follows, with Local 3 having the smallest representation at the Executive Level.
